Fahrenheit 451
So far in the book F-451 I realized that alot of things in this book are upside down. The main character, Guy Montag, is a "fireman". i found out that in this society fireman actully set things on fire, and in the first chapter he is setting a house and books on fire. i was really confused reading how Montag didnt know anything about the books he was burning. They lady he met, Clarrise, made him seem like an idiot. when she asked him if he ever read a book, he laughed at her.

Matt: Interesting thoughts here. You say that Clarisse made him seem like an idiot. Look back on the section and think about what it is that bothers Montag about the questions. What effect do they have on Montag?
